To get your house sold, there are many different items needed to be done from start to finish. That's a lot to take care of.
I have developed a system that will look at your house, previous listing contract, the marketing that was done and the real estate market conditions to help you avoid these pitfalls again.
Starting with simple questions, we can begin to analyze the main areas that determine why a house didn't sell. The 3 primary sections are:
- Price
- Marketing
- Representation
Beginning with price, we look at the timeframe of the listing and the listing prices of your house during this period. Pricing a house and determining its fair market value in the beginning is one of the most important steps in getting your house sold quickly.
Moving on to marketing, a complete analysis of real estate advertising is conducted. This includes everything from the simplest forms of real estate marketing to full real estate marketing campaigns. What you will see is that real estate marketing sells a home, not a real estate agent. Not all real estate marketing done on a house is beneficial, either.
As we look at real estate representation the key factor is communication. The biggest complaint among real estate sellers is the lack of communication from their real estate agent.
After the review is done, we will generate a report to show you ways in which you can keep from having the same issues happen again and possibly give some insight into why your house didn't sell.
